Improvements for Timekeeping

When a User clocks out for their shift, there are now fields to set a Tip Amount and a generic Notes field.

 

Improvements in Staff Documentation

It is now possible to add multiple Bank Accounts to Employees.  It is also possible to set up Payroll, such that an Employee's pay stub will become split according to specific amounts mentioned in the Bank Accounts.

  • splits the Employee's Net Earnings into pieces, if necessary.

Shift Swapping functionality is added to the Feed/Social Media Page

There is now a Social Media page a Client can set up, which functions as an in-house chat.  It is now possible to see entries on the in-house chat for when the Staff Schedule registers that a Shift Swap of Employees is needed.

Stress Profiles

Allows a Client to set up Stress Profiles, which will display a warning on the Staff Scheduling calendar if the specific employee is scheduled to work either too little or too much as determined by their attached Stress Profile.

Functions:

  • Client can select a Stress Profile on specific Employee's Profile records.
  • Client can create new Stress Profiles from the Settings page(s)
  • Standard Stress Profiles are created for the Client

 

Increased Amount of Fields in Position

More fields are added to Position/Job. These fields contain a Job Group, Job Level, as well as general flags about the Position.  It also includes a Workers Compensation selection, and EEO Category

 

More Functionality is Added to Company Departments

Clients can now assign Operating Hours to their Company Departments.

Clients can now enable Geo-Fencing for their Timekeeping.

  • when enabled, a user must be located within a specified area in order to trigger their timekeeping functions like clocking in/out
